IGP turns sibling stories into interactive Rakhi billboards

IGP has brought a playful twist to Rakhi celebrations with an interactive hoarding that allows consumers to feature their siblings on a digital billboard. The activation turns familiar sibling banter and shared memories into personalised festive content.

Consumers can scan a QR code on the hoarding, enter an IGP WhatsApp chatbot, answer a few questions about their sibling and upload a photograph. The system then creates a personality-driven Rakhi visual and displays it on the billboard within a minute.

Tarun Joshi, Founder & CEO, IGP, said, “Personalisation has always been central to how we think about gifting, and this campaign takes that idea beyond the product and into the experience itself.”

The activation forms the centrepiece of IGP’s Raksha Bandhan campaign across Mumbai and Pune, covering more than 50 outdoor locations and over 400 metro screens in Mumbai. Built around the theme “Rakhi ke liye IGP Karo,” the campaign combines personalised gifting with interactive outdoor advertising.

The campaign also complements IGP’s 90-minute delivery promise, bringing together festive engagement, personalised experiences and quick gifting convenience. By placing real sibling stories at the heart of the creative, IGP aims to turn outdoor advertising into a participatory experience.
