MSM Unify India acquires KlickEdu and RJ Vision to expand its education ecosystem

MSM Unify India has acquired KlickEdu and Gujarat-based RJ Vision, bringing international medical education, healthcare talent development and competitive-exam preparation under its growing education ecosystem. Announced at a press conference in New Delhi on 21 October 2026, the acquisitions will provide both founder-led businesses with access to MSM Unify’s technology, operational capabilities, brand-building expertise and international network, while their founding teams continue to lead their respective operations.

KlickEdu has reportedly supported more than 100,000 students across over 50 countries and works with a network of more than 50 universities. Its platform offers international MBBS discovery, AI-enabled course and university matching, NEET prediction tools, student services and doctor-led mentoring. The acquisition is expected to support its expansion beyond education discovery into healthcare skills development and international career opportunities.

RJ Vision, meanwhile, provides coaching and academic services for students preparing for NEET, JEE Main and Advanced, as well as CBSE and Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) examinations. Led by founder Dr Rajiv Vijay, the organisation plans to reach 30,000 students across Gujarat over the next three years through coaching centres, integrated schools, premium educational services and digital learning.

Sanjay Laul, Founder of MSM Unify, said the acquisitions would enable established specialist businesses to expand their reach while retaining the strengths that underpin their credibility. He noted that KlickEdu brings expertise in international medical education and student mobility, while RJ Vision contributes experience in competitive-examination preparation. The strategy, he added, is to equip both businesses with greater reach, technology and operational support rather than alter their core identities.

KlickEdu, co-founded by Dr Shubham Gautam, Dr Suraj Lal and Shajas Shahal, has built a platform focused on international medical education, including global MBBS college discovery, personalised university matching, NEET prediction and mentorship from doctors practising in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and the UAE.

As part of its next phase, KlickEdu plans to develop and operate allied healthcare colleges in India to prepare employment-ready professionals for domestic and international markets. The proposed expansion will be implemented in phases and will be subject to applicable regulatory and institutional approvals.

Dr Shubham Gautam, Co-founder of KlickEdu, said the partnership would help the company connect education more closely with workforce requirements and create clearer pathways from learning to healthcare careers.

RJ Vision’s expansion plans include a proposed integrated school in Vadodara, combining formal schooling with competitive-examination preparation. The model is intended to bring classroom teaching, assessments, learning resources and personal mentoring into a unified environment, with support from medical professionals to give aspiring NEET candidates greater exposure to medical education and career pathways.

Dr Rajiv Vijay, Founder of RJ Vision and author of Pearson’s Objective Biology for NEET, said the organisation aims to expand access to quality teaching and personalised mentoring while maintaining its academic discipline. The partnership with MSM Unify India is expected to support this growth through additional technology and operating capabilities.

MSM Unify operates an AI-powered global education platform that, according to company-reported figures, has supported more than 200,000 students and provides access to over 50,000 programmes across more than 1,500 campuses. The company also reports operating across 41 or more destinations. Its acquisition announcement separately cited a network of more than 190,000 students across 1,500-plus campuses in 21 destinations.

Under the arrangement, KlickEdu and RJ Vision will retain their individual brand identities and specialist focus while gaining access to MSM Unify’s broader infrastructure and network. Their proposed expansions, including allied healthcare colleges, international initiatives, integrated schools and additional learning centres, will be developed in phases, subject to regulatory approvals, institutional readiness and local partnerships.

The acquisitions reflect MSM Unify India’s strategy of backing established, founder-led education businesses and supporting their growth through technology, operational expertise and access to wider markets.
