Pidilite FY26 report honours Piyush Pandey’s creative legacy

Pidilite Industries Limited has released a report on FY26’s financial growth, business expansion and continued investment in its brands, with Piyush Pandey playing a key role in the company’s brand and communication journey.

During FY26, Pidilite reported standalone sales of Rs 13,436.50 crore, compared with Rs 12,023.19 crore in FY25. Operating profit increased to Rs 3,584.62 crore from Rs 3,132.55 crore, while Profit After Tax rose to Rs 2,384.30 crore from Rs 2,073.83 crore.

At the consolidated level, revenue from operations reached Rs 14,553.48 crore, compared with Rs 13,093.85 crore in the previous financial year. The company’s Consumer & Bazaar segment remained a key contributor, with net revenue increasing to Rs 10,844.27 crore from Rs 9,646.12 crore.

The report also reflects Pidilite’s continued emphasis on building strong consumer brands and creating communication that connects with audiences. Piyush Pandey, associated with some of India’s most recognised advertising campaigns, has been an important part of the creative and brand-building legacy surrounding Pidilite’s consumer communication.

Pidilite’s flagship brands, including Fevicol and Dr. Fixit, continued to strengthen their market presence during the year. Fevicol expanded its visibility across India’s transit network, while Dr. Fixit extended its brand initiatives across international markets including Kenya and Sri Lanka.

The company also continued to use partnerships and consumer-facing platforms to strengthen brand engagement. Dr. Fixit’s association with the Women’s Premier League and Kaun Banega Crorepati added to its consumer outreach, while Pidilite Professional Solutions showcased its construction-focused offerings across industry platforms.

The company’s Consumer & Bazaar segment recorded a segment result of Rs 3,381.96 crore, compared with Rs 2,869.82 crore in FY25. The Business-to-Business segment also recorded higher net revenue of Rs 3,001.13 crore, compared with Rs 2,370.85 crore in the previous year.

Pidilite’s domestic subsidiaries reported sales of Rs 945.56 crore, representing growth of 7.6 per cent, while EBITDA increased 7.4 per cent to Rs 106.53 crore. Consumer & Bazaar subsidiaries recorded sales growth of 17.1 per cent and EBITDA growth of 28.7 per cent.

International subsidiaries recorded sales growth of 6.3 per cent at constant currency, reaching Rs 699.65 crore. EBITDA increased 14.5 per cent to Rs 103.73 crore, with EBITDA margin improving to 14.8 per cent.

The company also continued to expand its international operations and investments. Pidilite acquired the remaining 40 per cent equity holding in Pidilite C-Techos Walling Limited, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. It also incorporated Pidilite Insignia Limited in Tanzania as a joint venture focused on construction chemicals and waterproofing materials.

Alongside business growth, Pidilite continued its focus on sustainability, including freshwater conservation, renewable energy, waste management, plastic recycling and community development initiatives.

The company also strengthened its cybersecurity framework through technical controls, employee awareness programmes, secure cloud environments and governance measures designed to address evolving cyber risks.

For shareholders, Pidilite declared a special interim dividend of Rs 10 per equity share during FY26 and recommended a dividend of Rs 11.50 per equity share for the year, subject to shareholder approval.

The FY26 report reflects Pidilite’s continued focus on combining financial performance with strong consumer brands, market expansion and impactful communication.
