J.K. Shah Classes (JKSC) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Japan-based CPA Excellent Partners (CPAEP) to collaborate on talent development, recruitment, placement and career support for accounting and finance professionals across international markets.
The partnership aims to strengthen Indo-Japan talent mobility in the accounting and finance sector while creating structured global career pathways for students enrolled in Veranda Learning’s commerce vertical. Through the collaboration, Indian commerce graduates will gain access to employment opportunities in Japan and several other developed markets.
Under the agreement, the two organisations will work together on curriculum alignment, employer-led skill development programmes, cross-border placement initiatives, digital recruitment access and employer engagement activities. The partnership will also provide mentoring, counselling and interview preparation services to support candidates seeking international career opportunities.
The initiative is expected to cover employment prospects across India, Japan, Southeast Asia, North America, Australia, the Middle East and other global regions. It aligns with the growing cooperation between India and Japan in the areas of skills development, education and workforce mobility.

The collaboration will be led by Veranda Learning’s Commerce vertical under the guidance of Prof. J.K. Shah. The vertical includes institutions such as J.K. Shah Classes, BB Virtuals, Navkar Digital Institute, Tapasya College of Commerce and Management, and Logic School of Management, which collectively offer preparation for CA, CS, CMA and ACCA programmes.
Established in 2001, CPA Excellent Partners is one of Japan’s leading accounting education and career support organisations. Its subsidiary, CPA KAIKEI GAKUIN, accounted for 66.7 per cent of certified public accountant examination passers in 2025, with 1,092 successful candidates. The organisation also operates CPASS Career, a job placement and career support platform for accounting and finance professionals.
