IIT Delhi has launched the Advanced Programme in Technology and Artificial Intelligence Leadership (TAILP) to address the rising demand for technology leaders in an AI-driven world. The programme is designed for IT decision-makers, senior managers and technology entrepreneurs to foster skills in AI, digital transformation and technology leadership. Participants will gain expertise in areas like cybersecurity, compliance and emerging technologies such as blockchain and metaverse.
The curriculum includes AI and Machine Learning (ML) applications for business, digital transformation strategies and managing Information Technology (IT) systems. A key feature is the guided capstone project, allowing participants to apply their learning to real-world challenges. Additionally, the programme offers a two-day campus immersion at IIT Delhi, providing an opportunity to engage with expert faculty and peers in collaborative workshops designed to enhance leadership abilities.
The programme is led by esteemed faculty like Professor Arpan Kumar Kar, a thought leader in emerging technologies and information systems, with experience in global research projects for organisations such as BASF, PwC, Facebook and World Bank. His expertise will guide participants in navigating the complexities of AI-driven environments.
