Slay Media reports 600 per cent growth driven by AI-led marketing model

Slay Media has reported over 600 per cent growth in FY 2025–26, with revenues reaching Rs 3–4 crore compared to Rs 45 lakh in the previous financial year, marking its strongest performance to date.

Founded by Khushboo Mulani, the independent digital marketing agency has expanded its team from five to twenty members, reflecting a structured approach to scaling in a competitive and rapidly evolving industry. The company has transitioned from offering standalone creative services to delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns, positioning itself as a comprehensive growth partner for clients.

The agency continues to strengthen its presence in the finance sector while maintaining its foundation in D2C marketing. It has also begun expanding into the entertainment industry, aiming to bring its campaign capabilities to a broader and more dynamic segment.

Slay Media has aligned its operations with advancements in artificial intelligence, integrating AI into workflows to enhance adaptability and efficiency. This approach has enabled the agency to stay ahead of industry shifts while delivering improved outcomes for clients.

The company is also expanding its global footprint, currently serving clients in the United States and Australia, with plans to scale its international operations further.

Despite rapid growth, the agency has maintained a structured 9-to-6 work culture, focusing on sustainable scaling and employee well-being while continuing to attract and retain talent.

In addition, Slay Media has launched “Slay Station”, a podcast focused on business, finance, marketing, and entrepreneurship, featuring industry experts and thought leaders.

“Every brick of Slay Media has been laid independently, with intent. This year is proof that when you build with purpose and stay adaptable, growth follows,” said Khushboo Mulani, Founder and CEO, Slay Media.

As it enters the next phase, the agency remains focused on expanding its capabilities, strengthening AI-driven operations, and delivering integrated marketing solutions across sectors and geographies.
