WolfzHowl Strategic Instigations has launched Good Wolf, a specialised practice dedicated to helping organisations create measurable and lasting behaviour change across social development, sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes.
The new practice is designed to support governments, foundations, corporates, non-governmental organisations and healthcare institutions in planning, implementing and evaluating initiatives that deliver long-term social outcomes. It brings together belief diagnostics, community research, behaviour change strategy, communication planning and impact measurement within a single framework.
Good Wolf has been developed around WolfzHowl’s proprietary Belief and Behaviour Operating System (BbOS), a methodology that helps organisations understand existing beliefs, identify the behaviours they influence and design interventions that encourage sustained behavioural change. The framework also measures progress by tracking shifts in both beliefs and real-world actions over time.
The practice will work across sectors including public health, education, financial inclusion, gender equity, climate action, sustainability and responsible corporate behaviour. It also builds on WolfzHowl’s previous work in behaviour-led strategy for sustainability projects, including initiatives in electric mobility, renewable energy and rural commerce.
Kalyan Ram Challapalli, Founder, WolfzHowl Strategic Instigations, said growing investments in social development now require stronger evidence of long-term impact rather than simply measuring programme activities. He added that Good Wolf formalises years of experience in designing behaviour change programmes and offers organisations a structured approach to creating measurable and sustainable social outcomes.
According to the company, Good Wolf launches with experience from several completed and ongoing programmes, including community initiatives under the Jal Jeevan Mission developed with Tata Trusts and state governments, behaviour change campaigns in public health, projects supporting women dairy farmers in Rajasthan and awareness initiatives focused on dementia. The firm said it will continue expanding its work with organisations looking to improve both social impact and programme effectiveness through behaviour-led interventions.
