BharathCloud joins hands with Ibentos Partner to expand AI-powered marketing

BharathCloud has partnered with Ibentos, an AI-driven technology company operating across North America and India, to strengthen brand marketing, customer engagement and event technology initiatives across India and Canada.

The partnership was formalised following discussions between the two companies at the India-Canada Business Summit, held alongside the 7th India-Canada Ministerial Dialogue on Trade and Investment chaired by Union Minister Piyush Goyal. The collaboration will see BharathCloud leverage Ibentos’ AI-powered technology to enhance its marketing and event capabilities.

As part of the partnership, BharathCloud will use ibentos HYPE, an AI-powered marketing platform, to create and manage on-brand marketing campaigns at scale. The companies will also explore opportunities to extend these capabilities to BharathCloud’s customers, while collaborating on AI-led event experiences designed to improve audience engagement and event management.

Rahul Takkallapally, Co-Founder, BharathCloud, said the partnership emerged from interactions with the Ibentos team during India-Canada business missions and highlighted a shared focus on innovation and customer satisfaction. He added that as BharathCloud expands into different markets, the company is looking for technology partnerships that can deliver more interactive experiences across marketing campaigns, events and digital engagements.

Jaspinder Bhatia, Co-founder and CMO, ibentos Inc., said the meeting with BharathCloud’s leadership revealed alignment in their vision, customer base and approach to innovation. He added that Ibentos’ experience in digital marketing and branding, combined with ibentos HYPE, could help strengthen the BharathCloud brand and provide customers with scalable, AI-powered marketing solutions.

Ibentos has powered more than 3,000 events across over 30 countries through its event technology solutions. Its ibentos HYPE platform enables brands to create and manage on-brand marketing campaigns, with the partnership expected to build these capabilities further through secure, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure.

The collaboration will also explore cross-border initiatives spanning enterprise event technology, AI-powered brand marketing, AI adoption, virtual experiences and technology programmes connecting businesses and innovation ecosystems across India and Canada.

Union Minister Piyush Goyal noted that bilateral trade in goods and services between India and Canada reached $23.66 billion in 2024, including merchandise trade of nearly $8.98 billion, and emphasised continued private-sector engagement to create new opportunities for trade and investment.
