Girnar Finserv Private Limited (GFPL) has announced the acquisition of SeedsAI, a SaaS platform specialising in LLM orchestration and AI automation. The acquisition marks GFPL’s first strategic move in the AI and corporate brokerage space and includes the onboarding of SeedsAI’s founding team, Vansh Miglani and Shubham Khatri.
With the acquisition, InsuranceDekho plans to leverage SeedsAI’s capabilities to strengthen its technology architecture and explore next-generation AI-led solutions. The integration aims to enhance operational efficiency, optimise distribution, improve underwriting and claims accuracy, and support advanced fraud detection and customer experience initiatives.
As InsuranceDekho expands its presence across Bharat, the company has been focusing on partnerships that align with its long-term vision of transforming insurance through technology, trust and accessibility. The addition of SeedsAI is expected to support the development of tech-driven solutions across the organisation’s ecosystem.
The SeedsAI founding team will join GFPL and collaborate within the wider Girnar ecosystem to drive AI-focused innovation across business functions, contributing to the group’s broader technology-led growth plans.
