Our AI-powered resume analyser evaluates industry trends and recruiter preferences to offer smart suggestions that optimize keywords, formatting, and content tailored to specific job roles. This personalised feedback helps students craft compelling resumes that stand out. Combining these AI-driven features with our broader platform ensures learners receive timely support and tools that boost their confidence and readiness for the competitive job market.

What feedback loop do you follow to constantly stay in sync with student needs and trends?

We maintain a continuous feedback loop that keeps us closely connected to student needs and evolving industry trends. This begins with direct channels like surveys, focus groups, and real-time chat support where students share their experiences and challenges openly. Our data analytics track engagement patterns, course completion rates, and assessment performances to identify content gaps or areas needing improvement. We also actively monitor social media conversations and community forums including insights gathered from nearly 600k followers across all our Instagram handles and over 500k subscribers on YouTube to capture emerging demands and sentiment. Feedback from our university partners and recruiters provides additional industry insights that shape curriculum updates. This multi-dimensional approach ensures we remain agile, updating courses and refining our platform to deliver what learners truly need to succeed.

Are there new product lines being developed for early-year engineering students or lateral professionals?

We understand that early-year engineering students and lateral professionals have very different starting points, so we’ve designed new product lines that cater to their unique needs. For early-year students, the focus is on building a solid foundation with courses on programming basics, data structures, and problem-solving skills that prepare them for more advanced learning. Lateral professionals, meanwhile, need targeted upskilling in high-demand areas like Generative AI, Cloud Computing, and Cybersecurity to stay competitive or switch careers smoothly. These programs blend practical projects with theory, making learning relevant and actionable. With more than 90,000 paid subscribers on PrepInsta Prime, we leverage constant feedback and market trends to ensure these offerings truly empower learners at every stage of their journey.
