Stratbeans has launched Sim Studio, an AI-powered experiential learning platform designed to help organisations bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical workplace performance.
The platform enables businesses to create realistic, scenario-based conversations in which employees interact with AI-powered personas representing customers, sales prospects, managers, dealers, doctors and other stakeholders. Through these simulations, employees can practise conversations, respond to changing situations, handle objections and receive structured feedback in a controlled environment.
Sim Studio is designed for multiple enterprise applications, including sales and business development, customer service, human resources, automotive and dealer networks, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, retail and frontline operations. Potential use cases range from discovery calls, product presentations and negotiations to complaint resolution, performance discussions, difficult workplace conversations and customer interactions.
The platform aims to help organisations assess employee readiness beyond conventional learning indicators such as course completion and assessment scores. Simulations can be measured against organisation-defined parameters, allowing employees to identify their strengths and areas for improvement. Managers can also use the insights to track competency gaps and monitor progress, adding a practical dimension to corporate training programmes.
Sameer Nigam, CEO and Co-Founder of Stratbeans, said effective learning depends on employees being able to apply their knowledge in real-world situations. He added that Sim Studio introduces a practice-oriented layer to enterprise learning, helping employees improve through realistic interactions and feedback while enabling organisations to assess their readiness to perform.
Sim Studio is currently in its early adoption and use-case validation phase, with Stratbeans focusing on enterprise scenarios where businesses want to establish a stronger link between employee training and workplace outcomes.
As part of its development roadmap, the company plans to introduce deeper performance intelligence, competency-level insights, adaptive simulations and readiness indicators. These capabilities are intended to provide organisations with a clearer understanding of how employees develop practical skills and apply what they learn.
The launch forms part of Stratbeans’ broader strategy to advance AI-led experiential learning and workforce performance. Sim Studio is designed to complement existing learning programmes, assessments and structured learning journeys by giving employees a dedicated environment to practise and demonstrate their capabilities.
