VenturEdu has launched its Emerging Founders Program for aspiring entrepreneurs aged 18 to 28, offering a structured venture-building experience without any programme fee or equity dilution.
The initiative begins with a two-day in-person bootcamp in Gurgaon in September, where selected teams can receive a stipend of up to Rs 50,000 per team and travel reimbursement of up to Rs 5,000. The programme is open to solo founders and teams of up to four members, with no previous startup experience required.
Following the bootcamp, 25 founders will be selected for a two-month residential programme from October 1 to November 30. Participants will focus on validating ideas, building products and shaping business models with support from mentors and the wider VenturEdu ecosystem.
Kulmani Rana, Founder, VenturEdu, said, “The Emerging Founders Program is designed to bridge that gap by giving young founders a structured environment to test an idea, build a product and learn directly from people who have built and scaled businesses.”
The programme will focus on practical company building through mentorship from startup founders, industry leaders and regulators. At the end of the residency, the top five startups will receive direct entry into the Fibonacci X accelerator, creating a potential pathway towards further acceleration and investment.
VenturEdu said the initiative is part of its broader effort to identify entrepreneurial talent beyond established startup hubs. The organisation plans to reach aspiring founders across 35 to 40 cities in India, with more than 20 cities already covered through its outreach activities.
