Dynatrace yesterday announced the availability of the Dynatrace platform on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Mumbai region in India. The collaboration between Dynatrace and AWS aims to help organisations in their cloud-modernisation journeys and ensure adherence to local data, security and compliance regulations, a statement from Dynatrace notified.

It said that organisations worldwide increasingly embrace AWS to drive their modernisation and digital transformation initiatives. These initiatives generate enormous volumes of observability and security data. The Dynatrace platform unifies this data and leverages advanced analytics and AIOps capabilities to deliver precise answers and intelligent automation that enable customers to maximize the performance of their cloud-based services.

“Embracing rapid innovation remains a cornerstone of our business strategy, and AWS and Dynatrace are keys to this approach. Armed with insights from Dynatrace, our teams can proactively troubleshoot our environments, heighten customer experience, and amplify the value of our data for our company and our services for our customers. Having the Dynatrace platform available on the AWS Mumbai region will enable us to be compliant with local regulations and enhance our agility in configuring observability, scalability, ease of maintenance, and cost efficiency,” said Goutam Datta, Chief Information and Digital Officer, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance.

With the availability of the Dynatrace platform in the AWS Marketplace—an online software store that helps customers find, buy, and immediately start using the software and services that run on AWS—Indian enterprises will gain streamlined access to Dynatrace, enabling them to effortlessly deploy the platform and leverage AWS’s deep integrations for optimal efficiency.

Availability of the Dynatrace platform in the AWS Marketplace will allow customers in India to use their AWS Committed Spend (EDP) and benefit from deep integrations, enhancing the value proposition for organizations adopting Dynatrace.

Subbu Subramanian, Regional Vice President – India, Dynatrace, said in the statement, “Dynatrace provides advanced observability and security across full-stack hybrid- and multicloud environments for greater scalability, visibility, and innovation to maximise organisations’ AWS investment. Dynatrace’s expansion to the AWS Mumbai region underscores our unwavering commitment to innovation and supporting our customers along their transformation journey, while providing them with robust backing for their AWS-based cloud modernization endeavours.”
