DMI Finance has appointed two senior executives to its leadership team, appointing Niraj Khandelwal as Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO) and Rachit Gupta as Group Treasury Head. These appointments, subject to requisite approvals, are set to bolster DMI’s strategic and operational capabilities as it continues its expansion in the financial services sector.
Niraj Khandelwal, with over 26 years of experience in banking and financial services, will oversee finance, accounting and taxation functions, ensuring seamless integration of strategy, policies and technology across these domains. His prior roles at Credit Suisse, IL&FS Investsmart and JM Morgan Stanley Direct have equipped him with expertise in financial processes, planning and management reporting.

Rachit Gupta, bringing over 20 years of experience from both public and private sectors, will manage DMI’s fundraising, investments and liquidity, in addition to asset-liability management. Having previously held leadership positions at Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, Edelweiss Financial Services and Power Finance Corporation, Gupta is well-positioned to enhance DMI’s treasury operations and stakeholder relationships.
