Mojro bags $5.5 million in Series A funding

Mojro Technologies has closed its $5.5 million Series A funding round, combining a $3 million raise led by IAN Alpha Fund with participation from 1Crowd, and a $2.5 million extension from Dallas Venture Capital.

The company plans to use the capital to accelerate global expansion and strengthen its AI-driven logistics optimisation platform. Mojro focuses on improving route planning, fleet utilisation, and operational efficiency across complex supply chains through real-time analytics and machine learning.

Its platform, including solutions such as PlanWyse and ExecuteWyse, enables multi-dimensional optimisation across routes, schedules, and logistics variables. The company serves enterprises across sectors, including FMCG, retail, and third-party logistics, with reported logistics cost reductions of up to 20 per cent.

The investment comes amid rising adoption of AI-led logistics platforms, driven by increasing complexity in global supply chains and the need for real-time visibility and efficiency.

“Global supply chains are becoming increasingly intricate, and Mojro is addressing how businesses plan, optimise, and execute logistics operations. The company has demonstrated strong execution across geographies, and we see this partnership supporting its next phase of growth,” said Kiran Kalluri, Partner, Dallas Venture Capital.

“We’re delighted to have Dallas Venture Capital join us in this funding round. Supply chain efficiency remains a key challenge for enterprises, and our platform is designed to bridge the gap between planning and execution. This investment will help us expand further across global markets,” said Kishan Aswath, Co-founder & CEO, Mojro.

“Enterprise logistics is at a stage where AI-led optimisation is becoming essential, particularly for organisations managing distributed networks and operational complexity. Mojro’s platform is built to translate this complexity into actionable outcomes,” said Ashok Vasan, Supply Chain software veteran & industry advisor.
