NIIT Learning Systems Limited, through its Managed Training Services arm (NIIT MTS), has partnered with Abodoo to deliver next-generation skills intelligence and workforce development solutions to enterprises globally.
NIIT MTS, a global leader in managed learning services, said the collaboration brings together its expertise in managed learning, consulting, and human capital management (HCM) technology with Abodoo’s skills intelligence platform, powered by its proprietary SkillsAI engine and an ontology of more than 55,000 skills.
Under the partnership, enterprises will be able to map, measure, and develop skills in real time, enabling them to identify current and future capability gaps and make data-driven workforce decisions. The joint offering is aimed at helping organisations improve workforce agility, close critical skills gaps, and build future-ready talent strategies in an increasingly AI-driven economy.
As part of the collaboration, NIIT MTS and Abodoo will support organisations in assessing their AI and skills readiness, including the delivery of a Skills AI Readiness Report to inform broader workforce transformation strategies.
