Zaggle has received board approval to acquire Greenedge Enterprises Private Limited, a specialist in loyalty experiences and golf-based corporate engagement. The acquisition involves 1,30,000 equity shares, representing 100 per cent of Greenedge’s paid-up capital, for a consideration of up to Rs 25 crore, subject to execution of a definitive share purchase agreement.
In addition, Zaggle plans to invest up to Rs 25 crore in Greenedge in one or more tranches, under a proposed share subscription agreement.
Greenedge operates in the B2B space, offering loyalty and rewards solutions with a niche focus on golf travel, experiences, and access-based rewards. Its offerings are integrated with the RuPay card network (NPCI), enabling exclusive golf-related and lifestyle benefits for corporate clients.
The acquisition is expected to significantly enhance Zaggle’s capabilities in the loyalty, rewards, and travel segments, complementing its flagship Propel platform. The move underscores Zaggle’s strategy to deliver differentiated engagement solutions tailored for corporates across sectors.
Commenting on the development, Dr. Raj Narayanam, Founder & Executive Chairman, Zaggle, said, “The integration of Greenedge’s specialised loyalty experiences into Zaggle’s ecosystem represents a significant milestone in enhancing our corporate engagement capabilities. Their unique golf-based rewards and travel solutions will allow us to deliver differentiated and compelling value propositions to our clients, while accelerating our growth and presence in the loyalty and rewards sector.”
The acquisition positions Zaggle to broaden its loyalty offerings while reinforcing its leadership in India’s rapidly growing spend management and corporate engagement market.
