Vunet Systems, a leading provider of AI-based business journey observability, has announced the first close of its oversubscribed Series B funding round, raising Rs 60 crore. The round was led by Pravega Ventures, with significant contributions from Kotak Securities and participation from existing investors, including Mela Ventures, Athera Venture Partners (formerly Inventus India), Dallas Venture Capital and TVS Capital Funds.

The platform unifies business, product and IT teams, enhancing transparency, eliminating silos, and streamlining accountability. Currently, it empowers major financial institutions to gain real-time visibility into critical operations, such as payments and lending, handling over 20 billion transactions monthly.

According to Gartner, the IT Operations Management market is projected to reach $81 billion by 2027, driven by the rising complexity of hybrid IT environments and the demand for seamless system reliability. In the financial services sector, Business Observability is becoming a strategic imperative for faster decision-making and improved uptime.
