Veranda Learning and SNVA EduTech to create global education platform

Veranda Learning Solutions has entered into a strategic partnership with SNVA EduTech Limited to form a new education entity with a joint 50 per cent stake.

As part of the agreement, Veranda has approved the divestment of its entire vocational segment, including Brain4ce Education Solutions (Edureka), Veranda Management Learning Solutions (Veranda Higher Ed), and Six Phrase, to SNVA EduTech, a move aligned with its Veranda 2.0 strategy that focuses on sharper business execution, growth acceleration, and long-term shareholder value creation.

In return, SNVA EduTech will issue shares to Veranda and its subsidiary, cementing the partnership that blends Veranda’s strong domestic presence with SNVA’s expansive international network across more than 60 countries.

The combined platform aims to offer one of the most comprehensive education portfolios, spanning skilling, vocational training, higher education, and international degree programmes in areas such as management, technology, data science, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, social sciences, and liberal arts.

It is expected to impact over 200,000 learners annually and deliver revenues exceeding Rs 250 crore in FY26, with projections of 25 per cent compound annual growth and EBITDA surpassing Rs 60 crore in the same period. The entity also plans to explore a future public listing to unlock value for stakeholders.

Founded in 2009, SNVA EduTech has established itself as a global education leader through its flagship brands, Careerera and Euro American Education, which operate universities and institutes across the United States and Europe. The company has trained more than 15 lakh learners worldwide through degree programmes and professional certifications.

Meanwhile, Veranda Learning, established in 2018 by the Kalpathi AGS Group, has built a strong domestic presence across schools, colleges, test preparation, study abroad, and software upskilling, leveraging advanced technology and innovative teaching methods to drive student success.

Suresh Kalpathi, Executive Director and Chairman, Veranda Learning Solutions, described the tie-up as a transformative step that combines Veranda’s domestic expertise with SNVA’s global reach, creating seamless pathways for learners to transition from Indian programmes to international opportunities.

Echoing this sentiment, Vivek K. Singh, Founder and Managing Director, SNVA EduTech, said the partnership would help build a truly global education ecosystem that scales rapidly, fosters innovation, and delivers long-term value for learners and stakeholders worldwide.
