Qweebi has raised $500,000 in a seed funding round led by Inflection Point Ventures, with participation from global leaders including Jeroen Tas, former Co-founder, Mphasis and Chief Innovation & Strategy Officer, Philips, and Arpit Jain, Co-founder & CEO, SplashLearn.
The platform enables schools to run hands-on engineering and robotics projects entirely through a web browser, eliminating the need for physical supplies or expensive kits. The funds will be used to accelerate product development and expand adoption across school districts in the United States.
Qweebi has already gained traction across the U.S. K-12 education system, with more than 5,200 schools across all 50 states signing up to use the platform, serving over 100,000 students. This growth has been driven organically through teacher adoption and social sharing.
The platform addresses key challenges faced by educators in delivering hands-on STEM learning, including time-intensive preparation and logistical constraints. By offering ready-to-run projects with integrated lesson plans and virtual prototyping tools, Qweebi reduces preparation time and allows students to focus more on practical learning during classroom sessions.
The company’s browser-based approach enables students to build and test virtual prototypes that replicate real-world functionality, making hands-on learning more accessible and scalable within standard classroom durations.
Commenting on the development, Mitesh Shah of Inflection Point Ventures highlighted the importance of accessible STEM education and noted that Qweebi’s model removes barriers related to cost and infrastructure, enabling wider adoption of engineering and robotics learning.
Vivek Seetharaman, CEO, Qweebi, emphasised the importance of experiential learning, stating that the platform is designed to make hands-on education simple and accessible, ensuring more students can learn through practical engagement rather than passive methods.
Founded by a team with experience in building interactive 3D platforms and scaling startups, Qweebi is focused on expanding its presence and delivering scalable digital STEM learning solutions.
