The Founder Media, a brand of Bharat Network Group (BNG), had successfully hosted the first edition of MADX Summit and Awards 2025, a spectacular celebration of creativity, innovation, and disruptive ideas in the Indian marketing and advertising ecosystem.
The event brought together industry pioneers, agency leaders, and marketing visionaries for an engaging evening filled with insightful discussions, keynote sessions, and recognitions of exceptional achievements.
The event began with a welcome address and magazine reveal delivered by Dr. Anupam Gupta, Founder and Director, The Founder Media, under the umbrella of Bharat Network Group. Dr. Gupta highlighted the purpose behind MADX Summit and Awards 2025, emphasising the event’s mission to spotlight innovative strategies, creative collaborations, and the rising dominance of Indie agencies in the marketing landscape.
The event then transitioned into an impactful keynote session from Sowmya Iyyer, Founder and CEO, DViO Digital, who delivered an inspiring keynote titled “How Indie Agencies Can Offer More Than Just Campaigns”. She shared actionable strategies for Indie agencies to deliver value beyond campaigns by embedding creativity, data-driven insights, and client-centric solutions into their approach.

The first panel discussion, “Tech, Tools & Talent: How Indie Agencies Maximize Efficiency and Innovation,” brought together prominent voices from the marketing industry, including Shiva Bhavani, Founder and CEO, WING Communications; Kuntal Chatterjee, CEO, Mfunl; Maddie, Co-Founder, Glad You Came; Jitu George, President and Head of Solutions, Schbang; and Barin Mukherjee, CEO, Digital F5.
The discussion was moderated by Nikhil Shrikhande, Head of Brand Partnerships, Chatrsocial, who led an engaging dialogue on how Indie agencies are leveraging cutting-edge technologies, creative workflows, and specialised talent to stay ahead in an evolving marketing ecosystem.

The second panel discussion, “The Indie Shift: Why Brands Are Moving Beyond Big Networks,” featured industry leaders shaping the next wave of marketing strategies. The panelists included Vineet Chugh, Marketing Head, QueueBuster; Nitin Dhingra, CTO, Indira IVF; Vishesh Sharma, FinTech Leader; and Mohammad Asghar, CEO, BrandOnWheelz.
The conversation explored the growing confidence of brands in collaborating with independent agencies, citing flexibility, personalised solutions, and faster execution as key drivers of this transformation.
Krishna Rao Buddha, a distinguished marketing leader and former Senior Category Head – Marketing at Parle Products, delivered an insightful session titled “The Journey of a Marketing Leader: Challenges, Lessons & Opportunities.”
Drawing from his own professional experiences, Krishna discussed evolving consumer behaviours, the challenges faced by marketers in a competitive digital-first economy, and how emerging leaders can leverage innovation to build stronger brand narratives.
The final keynote session was presented by Junaid Shaikh, Managing Director, Roshan Space Brandcom Pvt. Ltd., on “Today’s OOH Is Smarter and Accountable: Are Brands Embracing the Technology, Data, and Agility That the Medium Offers?”
Junaid explained how Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising has transformed through technology and real-time analytics, opening up new opportunities for brands to create meaningful connections with audiences.
The evening concluded with the MADX Awards 2025 Felicitation Ceremony, hosted by The Founder Media, celebrating agencies, brands, and individuals who have redefined marketing excellence.
The awards recognised creative disruptors and innovation-led campaigns that pushed boundaries and inspired the future of advertising. The celebrations wrapped up with an exclusive dinner and cocktail session, where industry leaders, creative professionals, and marketing innovators continued to network and share ideas.
