Heizen raises $500K from Titan Capital to redefine AI-Driven software delivery

Heizen has raised $500,000 in pre-seed funding, led by Titan Capital, in a bid to disrupt the traditional IT services model with its AI-native software delivery platform.

The round also saw participation from prominent angel investors including Varun Alagh of Mamaearth and Abhishek Goyal of Tracxn.

The funding will support Heizen’s plans to scale its engineering team in India, broaden its customer base in the United States, and enhance its proprietary platform that merges human expertise with AI agents for software development.

Founded in April 2024 by Aman Arora, Abhilasha Singh, and Nijansh Verma, Heizen aims to rebuild India’s software services narrative by shifting away from the outdated and sluggish models of legacy IT companies.

The founding team, with experience from industry giants like Microsoft and JP Morgan and academic backgrounds from IIT Madras, ISB, and NIT Bhopal, has set out to reimagine the delivery of enterprise software for an AI-first future.

The company’s model is a significant departure from conventional IT services that rely on large offshore teams and extended project timelines.

Instead, Heizen delivers high-quality software through compact, AI-native teams capable of operating in fast-paced, sprint-based environments.

By leveraging large language model-powered AI agents alongside human engineers, Heizen accelerates the design and deployment of custom tools, internal platforms, and AI-powered solutions.

“Heizen is our attempt to rebuild Infosys for the AI age,” said the company’s founders in a joint statement.

“We believe the future of software delivery hinges on velocity over headcount. Our model combines elite talent with AI agents to ship quality code in weekly sprints. This investment validates our belief that traditional IT services are ripe for disruption,” he added.

Currently, Heizen caters to startups and is expanding its go-to-market efforts to include high-growth and enterprise clients.

Its offerings span a wide range of applications, including developer productivity tools, RevOps automation, and custom customer experience platforms.

Clients benefit from sprint-based billing, which ensures speed, predictability, and transparency in delivery.

A spokesperson from Titan Capital echoed confidence in Heizen’s approach: “Heizen is building the kind of execution engine AI-native companies truly need. Their lean, high-speed model and strong founding team position them well to lead the next wave of transformation in the IT services space.”

In just over a year since its inception, Heizen has onboarded more than 50 clients across India and the US, maintaining a first-month client retention rate of 83 per cent and achieving 20 per cent month-on-month growth.

The company now sets its sights on deeper U.S. market penetration and continued development of its AI capabilities, targeting the global IT services market valued at $4.6 trillion.

As it continues to expand, Heizen is positioning itself as a trusted tech execution partner for agile startups and innovation-driven enterprises, helping them navigate and succeed in an increasingly AI-centric landscape.
