Tribes Communications bets on tech-led growth with strategic investment in TriOOH

Tribes Communications has made a strategic investment in technology-enabled out-of-home (OOH) media company TriOOH, strengthening its capabilities in data-driven outdoor advertising and reinforcing its integrated marketing offerings. Financial details of the investment were not disclosed.

The partnership brings together Tribes’ full-spectrum communications expertise with TriOOH’s technology-first OOH platforms, enabling brands to execute more intelligent, targeted and scalable outdoor campaigns. Tribes Communications, which serves over 450 brands and reports annual capitalised billing of more than Rs 1,000 crore, sees the investment as a step toward deepening innovation across its media solutions.

Gour Gupta, Chairman, Tribes Communications, said the collaboration enhances the agency’s ability to deliver integrated, data-led solutions at scale. He highlighted TriOOH’s strength in technology-driven innovation, execution excellence and strong client relationships as key factors behind the investment.

TriOOH focuses on modernising outdoor advertising through digital screens, programmatic media buying, real-time campaign monitoring, audience analytics and dynamic content optimisation. These capabilities are expected to integrate closely with Tribes’ creative, media and strategic services to offer brands sharper targeting and measurable impact in the OOH space.

Anuj Bhandari, Founder and CEO, TriOOH, described the partnership as a significant growth opportunity, noting that Tribes’ stature as a leading integrated agency provides a strong platform to accelerate scale and expand market reach.

Jasmeet Singh, Co-founder, TriOOH, said outdoor advertising is shifting from static visibility to intelligent, insight-led engagement. He added that the collaboration will help fast-track this transformation by combining TriOOH’s technology-driven approach with Tribes’ strategic and creative capabilities.

TriOOH works with a range of marquee clients including Meta, Qualcomm, VinFast, Bharat Taxi and Snabbit, and the partnership is expected to further strengthen its presence in India’s evolving OOH ecosystem.
