Fibonacci X launches VenturEdu residential venture school for aspiring founders

Fibonacci X has announced the launch of VenturEdu, a first-of-its-kind residential programme aimed at helping first-time founders build investible and scalable startups. Spread across India and the UAE, VenturEdu introduces a cross-border venture-building format that blends structured learning with hands-on startup creation.

The 14-month Post Graduate Programme in Entrepreneurship is open to working professionals, recent graduates, and early-stage entrepreneurs. Applications will open in the first week of December 2025, with admissions scheduled for March 2026. Fifty founders will be selected for the first cohort, from which 15 ideas will receive pre-seed or seed funding from Fibonacci X or its network of more than 100 investors.

Participants will form teams to develop the final set of selected ideas based on viability, scalability, and complementary skill sets. Founders who require extra time may continue building on campus for an additional six months. A core element of the programme is the V-Unit, where each idea is supported by a five-member mentor group that includes a go-to-market expert, financial advisor, brand advisor, sector mentor with Series A+ experience, and an academic–industry partner.

“Our mission is to advance the startup culture in India by ensuring first-time founders build scalable ventures from day one, with direct access to capital, mentorship, and industry guidance,” said Kulmani Rana, Founder and CEO, VenturEdu.

The programme replaces sporadic sessions with weekly sprints, continuous reviews, and regular feedback to help founders progress toward investment-ready outcomes.

Saurabh Agarwal, Co-founder, Angel Bay and advisory board member at VenturEdu, said that structured venture education can strengthen India’s startup success rate, which currently stands at under 10 per cent. With India now the world’s third-largest startup ecosystem, the launch of VenturEdu aims to bridge the gap between early ideas and fundable ventures.
