Food-tech giant Zomato has announced that it will officially rebrand itself as “Eternal,” a name the company has been using internally for over two years. The new corporate identity will encompass four key business verticals: Zomato’s food delivery service, Blinkit’s quick-commerce operations, District’s live events segment and Hyperpure’s kitchen supplies division.
Deepinder Goyal, Founder and CEO, clarified that the rebranding applies only to the company’s corporate identity and not to its consumer-facing brands or apps.
“We considered renaming the company when businesses beyond Zomato started driving our future significantly. With Blinkit’s growth, that moment has arrived,” Goyal said in a letter to shareholders.
