Vi Business collaborates with PayU to deliver digital payment and productivity solutions for MSMEs

Vi Business has announced a strategic partnership with PayU to accelerate the digital transformation of India’s Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).

This collaboration will provide a comprehensive suite of digital payment solutions tailored to the evolving needs of MSMEs. The integrated payment solutions will feature a seamless payment gateway that eliminates transaction charges for UPI and RuPay, while offering reduced rates for other payment methods such as domestic debit and credit cards and net banking.

The partnership also introduces WhatsApp Store Integration, enabling businesses to offer a streamlined shopping experience directly within WhatsApp, simplifying the checkout process and enhancing customer conversion rates.

Additionally, the Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) option will allow MSMEs to receive immediate full payments at the time of purchase, while giving customers the flexibility to pay later under favourable terms.

Customised offers at checkout will be available through PayU’s ‘Offer Engine,’ allowing MSMEs to create and execute promotional campaigns that increase average transaction sizes and foster customer loyalty.

Furthermore, Vi Business will enhance MSME productivity and teamwork with exclusive offers on tools such as Google Workspace, location tracking services, personal cloud storage and mobile security solutions. These tools are designed to improve workforce productivity and collaboration, further empowering MSMEs in their operations.

The collaboration aims to address the growing digital needs of MSMEs by providing bespoke digital payment solutions and productivity tools at special prices.
