Veranda Learning Solutions reports strong financial growth in Q2 and H1 FY25  

Veranda Learning Solutions has announced financial results for the second quarter and half-year ending 30th September, 2024. The results showcase the company’s strategic growth and operational efficiency in delivering impactful educational outcomes.  

In Quarter Two Financial year 2025 (Q2 FY25), Veranda reported an operating revenue of Rs 138.62 crore, marking a substantial 40.91 per cent increase compared to Rs 98.37 crore in Quarter two Financial Year 2024 (Q2 FY24). The company’s Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) surged to Rs 30.40 crore, an 81.54 per cent rise from RS16.75 crore in the same period last year. This growth reflects strong performance across business segments and enhanced operational efficiencies.  

The Key Consolidated Financial Highlights are: 

  • Total Income: Rs 140.45 crore in Q2 FY25 up 40.07 per cent Year of Year (YoY); Rs 266.87 crore in H1 FY25 up 56.29 per cent YoY.  
  • Gross Profit: Rs 84.17 crore with a margin of 60.72 per cent in Q2 FY25; 1Rs 56.61 crore with a margin of 60.79 per cent in H1 FY25.  
  • -EBITDA: Rs 30.40 crore in Q2 FY25 up 81.54 per cent YoY; Rs 58.01 crore in H1 FY25 up 159.13 Per Cent YoY.  

For the First Half of FY25 (H1 FY25), the total revenue reached Rs 257.61 crore, a leap from Rs 167.27 crore in H1 FY24. During this period, Veranda has trained 1,72,198 students.
