UGRO Capital reaches Rs 10,000 Crore AUM milestone

UGRO Capital has crossed Rs 10,000 crore in Assets Under Management (AUM), to empower the Ministry of Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) across India. This growth from Rs 1,700 crore post-COVID in 2022, highlights the company’s resilience and dedication, supported by its 3,500-strong workforce. The company continues its journey towards becoming India’s largest small business financing institution, having already provided financial aid to over 1 lakh MSMEs.

Shachindra Nath, Founder and Managing Director (MD), U GRO, praised the company’s achievement, stating, “Crossing the Rs 10,000 crore mark is a momentous achievement for UGRO Capital, reflecting the relentless efforts of our employees and the unwavering support from our partners, MSMEs and investors.” He also highlighted the importance of employee well-being as the company strives for its next milestone. 

To commemorate this milestone, UGRO Capital has launched the UGRO 10K Celebration Run, a virtual marathon campaign aimed at promoting the health and well-being of its employees, emphasising the importance of balancing professional growth with personal wellness. The company has also unveiled the UGRO Anthem, the song created entirely in-house with the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI), reflecting the company’s spirit.
