Roadzen partners with Simple Energy to revolutionise EV warranties

Indian InsurTech company Roadzen has partnered with Electric Vehicle (EV) startup Simple Energy to deliver extended warranties for Simple Energy’s electric scooters. The partnership aims to provide an integrated and seamless warranty and claims process through the Simple Energy app, enhancing customer convenience.

Roadzen’s Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered platform streamlines the entire process from policy pricing and issuance to premium collection and real-time claims management. This cutting-edge solution addresses the unique underwriting challenges associated with EVs, ensuring efficiency and reliability in handling claims across multiple currencies.

Suhas Rajkumar, Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Simple Energy, emphasised the importance of this partnership, stating, “With Roadzen’s innovative AI technology, we can offer our customers a seamless and future-ready warranty solution, ensuring the long-term performance and reliability of their EVs.”
