Founded in 2019 by Vaibhav Singh and Arnav Kumar, Leap operates platforms such as LeapScholar, LeapFinance, GeeBee and Yocket, offering services like test preparation (IELTS, TOEFL, SAT), admissions and visa counselling, and financial support through international student loans to aspirants who wish to study abroad. The company primarily caters to students aiming to study in the US, Canada, UK and Australia.

Commenting on the funding, Vaibhav Singh, Co-founder, Leap, stated, “Students love Leap’s one-stop approach to international education. Since our Series D round two years ago, we have experienced 5x growth. Leap is now a leading study abroad platform in India and is rapidly expanding globally, operating in over 10 countries. This investment from top-tier investors strengthens our commitment to make quality global education more accessible.”

With this latest funding, Leap’s total equity capital has reached $210 million, though the company has not disclosed its current valuation.

Arnav Kumar, Co-founder, Leap, mentioned, “We have introduced industry-first products and experiences to streamline the student journey. Our core mission is student success, and with AI advancements, we can enhance our offerings faster than ever.”

The startup integrates AI-driven tools with human expertise to provide personalised guidance and solutions for students. Expanding its presence in the Middle East and Southeast Asia, Leap has partnered with over 1,000 international universities.
