Innovartan Learning secures pre-seed funding to revolutionise school education

Innovartan Learning Solutions has raised Rs 5 crore in a pre-seed funding round, co-led by technology veterans Gokul Rajaram and Amit Singhal.

Founded by Prashant Sharma in 2023, the startup is on a mission to transform school education by integrating competitive exam preparation into regular school curriculums, reducing the reliance on costly coaching centres and easing the financial burden on families.

According to an official statement, Innovartan Learning aims to empower schools to provide academic excellence in competitive exams directly within the school environment. This approach enables students to focus on their studies in a familiar setting, surrounded by family, eliminating the need to move to coaching-centric cities and minimising family stress.

The company’s platform addresses the fragmented nature of the current education system, where students often attend school for board exams but rely on external coaching for competitive exams. By equipping schools with the tools and expertise needed to handle competitive exam preparation, Innovartan bridges this gap, helping students to prepare for both board and competitive exams without external intervention.

Innovartan’s initiative is timely, as the need for schools to evolve alongside the demands of higher education and the job market is growing. Through a single, comprehensive educational platform, students can learn, grow and be better prepared for future academic challenges, while staying close to their communities. By reducing reliance on separate coaching, Innovartan fosters a well-rounded education environment that benefits students academically as well as emotionally.

The funding strengthens Innovartan’s mission to develop a sustainable educational model, promoting a school-centric approach to competitive exam preparation. With this model, Innovartan aims to create a long-term impact on India’s education system, making quality education more accessible and equipping students for a competitive future.
