Hexaware Technologies has partnered with upGrad Enterprise to launch an innovative training programme focussed on advanced Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) concepts and tools. This initiative is designed to equip Hexaware’s employees with the necessary skills to excel in the fast-evolving field of AI, enabling them to tackle complex business challenges and drive digital transformation for clients.
Under the collaboration, Hexaware will collaborate with upGrad to train more than 100 employees to become specialised Gen AI architects. These professionals will undergo a rigorous and comprehensive training programme, equipping them with the expertise to develop AI-driven solutions that align with Hexaware’s mission of staying ahead in the competitive technology landscape.
The programme, targetted at employees with strong technical backgrounds and high-performance ratings, blends instructor-led training with e-learning modules. Participants will deepen their knowledge in areas like deep learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP), preparing them to take on critical roles in AI-driven projects.
