EdTech platform BrightCHAMPS has acquired Edjust, an Indian K-12 education marketplace, in a cash-and-stock deal to fuel its international growth. This marks the company’s fourth acquisition since its launch in 2020, following Education10x (2021), Schola (2022) and Metamorphosis Edu (2023).
As part of the acquisition, Edjust’s founding team will lead a new vertical focussed on core academic subjects, including Maths, Science and English, to promote holistic student success. This initiative aims to harness Edjust’s proven sales strategies and introduce engaging digital experiences for parents across 30 countries.
Founded in 2022 by Dushyant Panchal, Anmol Mittal and Sanjay Panikar, Edjust leverages advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI), emotional intelligence and data analytics to identify and connect high-potential users with tailored EdTech solutions.
Operating in 30 countries, including the US, Canada, Nigeria, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, BrightCHAMPS offers diverse courses in coding, financial literacy and robotics for children aged six to 16 years. Backed by $63 million in funding, including a $51 million round in November 2021 that pegged its valuation at $500 million, the EdTech continues to expand its reach and redefine the EdTech landscape.
